Dominik, 18, is a culinary high school student from Kosice, an Eastern-Slovakian city. Dominik plays (European) football and used to train in Thai boxing when he was a bit younger. He’s a tall, handsome and masculine man. He’s very easy to get along with, he’s very reliable and he puts his money where his mouth is. It’s certainly becoming harder and harder to make plans with people in a time when dependability has fallen out of fashion. But with Dominik, everything—from the first message on Instagram to him showing up at my door—was pleasant and effortless. 

Dominik stayed overnight in Bratislava at the AirBnb apartment I rented for the photoshoot. He met up with some friends for a beer and took the train back home on the following morning.
